I am presently at work and about as zen as I've ever been. A lady from Liverpool called me "lovey." This woman had a quiet voice that was as gentle as a freshly washed, solid white and extremely fluffy bathrobe. It was a pleasure just to hear her speak and I now feel like I have a bubble of quiet around me.

When at work as a cashier, a situation will occasionally come up that amuses me to no end. I know the customer has the best of intentions and really does care, but it tickles me to death. We'll be chatting in line or as I help them and suddenly, out of the blue, a particular topic will come up.

I like that face. It is a better illustration of the sad face I'm pulling at the moment. The fact that I'm awake is a good reason for it, but moreso the fact that I have a sneaking suspicion that my day's activities are going to include me getting rained on while trying to run a workshop.
